Michelle Brady has more than 16 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, during which she has gained extensive expertise in guiding individuals through recovery and personal growth. Throughout her career, Michelle has held various roles, including Recovery Coach, Life Coach, and Program Manager, all of which have contributed to her comprehensive understanding of addiction treatment and client support.

Michelle obtained her Associate of Arts in Human Services, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, and Psychology, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This academic background complements her practical experience in the field, allowing Michelle to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.

During her six-year tenure as Program Manager at Michael’s House, Michelle played a key role in developing and overseeing treatment programs that significantly impacted clients’ lives. Additionally, Michelle was involved in establishing startup treatment facilities in West Covina and Malibu, where she spent four years, laying the groundwork for successful operations and positive client outcomes. Her four-year experience as a Program Coordinator for Cliffside Malibu further solidified her expertise in program development and management.

Before her extensive career in substance abuse treatment, she worked as an EMT for 11 years. This experience provided Michelle with a strong foundation in crisis intervention, empathy, and swift decision-making, skills that continue to enhance her effectiveness in the field.

Michelle chose to work in the recovery industry because she is deeply committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives and find renewed hope and purpose, inspired by the kindness and dedication she received from someone who helped her when she needed it most.
