David Malow
David Malow has over a decade of experience in recovery and sober living support. He currently works as a life coach at Entera Sober Living. Previously, he owned Serenity Lane Transitional Sober Living Homes. David is a certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, having earned his certification while working with the Riverside County Department of Mental Health in 2010.
In addition to his hands-on experience, David has worked as a consultant for the Betty Ford Center, where he contributed to the development of the policies and procedures for their BFCSL Sober Living program in 2009. He was also awarded a scholarship from the Betty Ford Center to become a certified Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute in Los Angeles in 2008.
Since 2005, David has volunteered over 5,000 hours as the lead alumni volunteer at the Betty Ford Center/Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. His coaching approach focuses on fostering healthy habits that support long-term sobriety, providing mentorship in a safe, confidential environment, and offering monitoring services such as drug testing and support group documentation.
David specializes in intervention services for individuals needing external support to confront their addictions and can assist with treatment placement for clients requiring inpatient detoxification. His recovery companion services provide consistent, compassionate support to men and women throughout their journey to sobriety.
